Just a short one:
What to do with candied bitter oranges? Cut them into strips and dip them into lukewarm melted bittersweet couverture chocolate (I skipped the tempering but it doesn't really matter). Enjoy after the chocolate got firm again.

Beautiful! Unfortunately these are usually too sweet for me, but as I said I'm intrigued by the bitter oranges instead of normal ones. They might prove perfect!

I think you would be surprised. I do know sticks made of common oranges - I don't like them either.
